وَ یَسۡئَلُوۡنَکَ عَنِ الۡمَحِیۡضِ ؕ قُلۡ ہُوَ اَذًی ۙ فَاعۡتَزِلُوا
النِّسَآءَ فِی الۡمَحِیۡضِ ۙ وَ لَا تَقۡرَبُوۡہُنَّ حَتّٰی یَطۡہُرۡنَ ۚ
فَاِذَا تَطَہَّرۡنَ فَاۡتُوۡہُنَّ مِنۡ حَیۡثُ اَمَرَکُمُ اللّٰہُ ؕ
اِنَّ اللّٰہَ یُحِبُّ التَّوَّابِیۡنَ وَ یُحِبُّ الۡمُتَطَہِّرِیۡنَ ﴿۲۲۲
And they ask you about menstruation.
Say, "It is harmful, so keep away from wives during menstruation. And do not
approach them until they are pure. And when they have purified themselves, then
come to them from where Allah has ordained for you. Indeed, Allah loves those
who are constantly repentant and loves those who purify themselves."
آپ سے حیض کے بارے میں سوال کرتے ہیں کہہ دیجئے کہ
وہ گندگی ہے حالت حیض میں عورتوں سے
الگ رہو اور جب تک وہ پاک نہ ہو جائیں ان کے قریب نہ جاؤ ، ہاں
جب وہ پاک ہوجائیں تو ان کے پاس جاؤ جہاں سے اللہ نے
تمہیں اجازت دی ہے اللہ توبہ کرنے والوں کو اور پاک رہنے
والوں کو پسند فرماتا ہے ۔

وَ اِذَا کُنۡتَ فِیۡہِمۡ فَاَقَمۡتَ لَہُمُ الصَّلٰوۃَ فَلۡتَقُمۡ

لَمۡ یُصَلُّوۡا فَلۡیُصَلُّوۡا مَعَکَ وَ لۡیَاۡخُذُوۡا حِذۡرَہُمۡ وَ اَسۡلِحَتَہُمۡ
ۚ وَدَّ الَّذِیۡنَ کَفَرُوۡا لَوۡ تَغۡفُلُوۡنَ عَنۡ اَسۡلِحَتِکُمۡ وَ
اَمۡتِعَتِکُمۡ فَیَمِیۡلُوۡنَ عَلَیۡکُمۡ مَّیۡلَۃً وَّاحِدَۃً ؕ وَ لَا جُنَاحَ
عَلَیۡکُمۡ اِنۡ کَانَ بِکُمۡ اَذًی مِّنۡ مَّطَرٍ اَوۡ کُنۡتُمۡ مَّرۡضٰۤی اَنۡ
تَضَعُوۡۤا اَسۡلِحَتَکُمۡ ۚ وَ خُذُوۡا حِذۡرَکُمۡ ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰہَ اَعَدَّ
لِلۡکٰفِرِیۡنَ عَذَابًا مُّہِیۡنًا ﴿ ۱۰۲
And when you are among them
and lead them in prayer, let a group of them stand [in prayer] with you and let
them carry their arms. And when they have prostrated, let them be [in position]
behind you and have the other group come forward which has not [yet] prayed and
let them pray with you, taking precaution and carrying their arms. Those who
disbelieve wish that you would neglect your weapons and your baggage so they
could come down upon you in one [single] attack. But there is no blame upon
you, if you are troubled by rain or are ill, for putting down your arms, but
take precaution. Indeed, Allah has prepared for the disbelievers a humiliating
punishment.

اپنے سامان سے بے خبر ہو جاؤ تو وہ تم پر
اچانک دھاوا بول دیں ہاں اپنے ہتھیار اتار رکھنے میں اُس وقت تم
پر کوئی گناہ نہیں جب کہ تمہیں تکلیف ہو یا بوجہ بارش
کے یا بسبب بیمار ہو جانے کے اور اپنے بچاؤ کی چیزیں ساتھ لئے رہو-
یقیناً اللہ تعالٰی نے منکروں کے لئے ذلت کی مار تیار کر
رکھی ہے ۔

لٰمَسۡتُمُ النِّسَآءَ فَلَمۡ تَجِدُوۡا مَآءً فَتَیَمَّمُوۡا
صَعِیۡدًا طَیِّبًا فَامۡسَحُوۡا بِوُجُوۡہِکُمۡ وَ اَیۡدِیۡکُمۡ مِّنۡہُ ؕ مَا
یُرِیۡدُ اللّٰہُ لِیَجۡعَلَ عَلَیۡکُمۡ مِّنۡ حَرَجٍ وَّ لٰکِنۡ یُّرِیۡدُ
لِیُطَہِّرَکُمۡ وَ لِیُتِمَّ نِعۡمَتَہٗ عَلَیۡکُمۡ لَعَلَّکُمۡ تَشۡکُرُوۡنَ j﴿۶
O you who have believed,
when you rise to [perform] prayer, wash your faces and your forearms to the
elbows and wipe over your heads and wash your feet to the ankles. And if you
are in a state of janabah, then purify yourselves. But if you are ill or on a
journey or one of you comes from the place of relieving himself or you have
contacted women and do not find water, then seek clean earth and wipe over your
faces and hands with it. Allah does not intend to make difficulty for you, but
He intends to purify you and complete His favor upon you that you may be
grateful.
اے ایمان والو! جب تم نماز کے لئے اُٹھو تو اپنے منہ کو

پاؤں کو ٹخنوں سمیت دھو لو اور اگر تم جنابت کی حالت میں ہو تو

میں ہو یا تم میں سے کوئی حاجت ضروری سے فارغ ہو کر آیا ہو ، یا تم
عورتوں سے ملے ہو اور تمہیں پانی نہ ملے تو تم پاک
مٹی سے تیمم کر لو ، اسے اپنے چہروں پر اور ہاتھوں پر مل لو اللہ تعالٰی تم
پر کسی قسم کی تنگی ڈالنا نہیں چاہتا بلکہ اس
کا ارادہ تمہیں پاک کرنے کا اور تمہیں اپنی بھرپور
نعمت دینے کا ہے تاکہ تم شکر ادا کرتے رہو ۔
