وَ اَلَّفَ بَیۡنَ قُلُوۡبِہِمۡ ؕ لَوۡ اَنۡفَقۡتَ مَا فِی الۡاَرۡضِ جَمِیۡعًا مَّاۤ  اَلَّفۡتَ بَیۡنَ قُلُوۡبِہِمۡ وَ لٰکِنَّ اللّٰہَ  اَلَّفَ بَیۡنَہُمۡ ؕ اِنَّہٗ  عَزِیۡزٌ  حَکِیۡمٌ 

63الانفال

Urdu translation

ان کے دلوں میں باہمی الفت بھی اسی نے ڈالی ہے ۔  زمین  میں جو کچھ ہے تو اگر سارا کا سارا بھی  خرچ  کر ڈالتا تو بھی ان کے  دل  آپس میں نہ ملا سکتا ۔ یہ تو اللہ ہی نے ان میں الفت ڈال دی ہے وہ  غالب  حکمتوں والا ہے ۔ 

English  translation

And brought together their hearts. If you had spent all that is in the earth, you could not have brought their hearts together; but Allah brought them together. Indeed, He is Exalted in Might and Wise. 

Al-Anfal | Verse 63

Tafsir

In these verses, one of the great favors that Allah has bestowed on the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and the believers, is that He helped the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) through the believers. He favored the believers by turning their enmity into love and affection. Earlier, they were thirsty for each other's blood, now they have become each other's life. It was the special grace of Allah Almighty and His power and will to create love and affection. 

 ( اِذْ كُنْتُمْ اَعْدَاءً فَاَلَّفَ بَيْنَ قُلُوْبِكُمْ فَاَصْبَحْتُمْ بِنِعْمَتِھٖٓ اِخْوَانًا) 

 آل عمران :103 

I have also said that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also addressed the Ansar on the occasion of the spoils of Hunain and said, "O Jamaat Ansar! Isn't it the incident that caused you to be misguided? Allah blessed you with guidance through me. You were in need. Allah made you happy through me and you are one." They were different from each other. Allah connected you to each other through me.
